![]() I have ordered some Nosler accubond in 165 grains. However, the Hart barrel is 24" long where the Savage was 26".Īlso, I have only used large rifle primers thus far. The twist rate of my Hart barrel is the same as my Savage was 1/10. I know well enough that what works for one rifle may not work for another. Now, the bullets I am loading are Nosler accubonds (150 grains). This rifle should shoot, and the best I'm getting is 1" groups at 100 yards and that's 3 shots! primers, every bullet seating depth within reason and I still can't find a load I am happy with. I have tried just about every configuration I can think of using Varget powder with CCI, or Win. So, I began with that same load for my new rifle. A couple of loads later, it was shooting. I only tried two powders before it showed me that it preferred Varget. 300 WSM (factory rifle) that I had reloaded for and must have gotten lucky with it. Recently I have been trying to find a load for my Hart built.
